The Minnesota Commission on Out-of-School Time is an action project of the President’s Initiative on Children, Youth, and Families which is coordinated by the Children, Youth, and Family Consortium and co-chaired by Dr. Richard Weinberg and Dr. Marti Erickson.
The Commission is funded by the McKnight Foundation, the Minnesota Department of Education, and the University of Minnesota Extension Service. It is connected to the Out-of-School Time Partnership, a group of organizations and associations, which support youth learning and development.
